Good value
Not quite sure yet? We are transitioning from a medium port curb bit the previous owner had him in. I feel he really laid heavy on that bit, and dragged on my hands. Trying to retrain him to balance himself in body, not lay on the bit for balance. Not pushing the gait yet. Just hope to soften his body and mouth. Does seem somewhat lighter in my hands though. I have not taken him out on trail in it yet. That will be the big test of response! The bit does look identical to my Brenda Imus shanked bit, for far better value.

Love it.
I bought a Kentucky Mountain Pleasure Horse and was having trouble controlling him with the but that came with him. Tried a friends Brenda Imus and it was a complete turn around. Bought the Tough One and he did so well, I bought another, just in case or as a loner for others to try. I ride a minimum of 3-5 long rides a week and it has held up well.
