Product Summary:

Tough-1 Cotton Long Driving Reins

Extra long with durable cotton webbing, these lines feature a sure grip handhold and rugged reinforced snap ends.  They are partially rounded to allow easy use of the surcingle.  Lines measure 24' total length with the first 4' on each side rounded so they will work with an overcheck bridle and the last 4' with leather ends for better grip and control.

Comes with a metal buckles in the middle so that they can be used as either a continuous or a split rein.  Excellent for teaching a young horse to drive.

snap snapped!
The snap on right side broke after 5 minutes of use. :-(

Too short.
These lines were nice other then the fact that they are way too short, I like to long line my horse on the ground and the lines are so short it's unsafe because you have to be so close behind the horse. They may be fine for a pony or a horse that's very compact.

DON'T BUY, WAY TOO SHORT
These lines are way to short to be able to safely & effectively use with my horse. I wish I had more closely looked at the reviews before ordering them. I am going to try to return them. Okay quality lines, but simply way too short for use.

DON'T BUY --- WAY TOO SHORT ! ! !
Should have paid attention to other reviews. Way too short for driving reins unless your into getting kicked by your horse. Need to be a minimum of 25' -- 30' would be ideal. DO NOT BUY for driving reins.

nice, but too short
these are very short-they are well made, but too short to walk behind out of kick range on a green horse

Too Short!
Lines are not long enough for training unless you want to risk getting kicked!

Not Worth the Price
Webbing material is ok, didn't bother the horse. The snaps are extremely cheap and don't close all the way. If put under pressure they will break. I thought these would be long enough for ground driving, but only give you about 1.5 behind the horse, not out of kicking range.

Would these be too short to drive a mini with?
Cheywhin on Mar 30, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I bought these to ground drive our young warmbloods and they are the perfect length so I would imagine they would be plenty long enough to drive a mini, though I don't have experience with that specifically.
How long are they?

BEST ANSWER: It's in the product summary :) "Lines measure 24' total length with the first 4' on each side rounded so they will work with an overcheck bridle and the last 4' with leather ends for better grip and control."
