    Best grazing muzzle
Horse can actually breath better and the eating hole is a bit larger. My one piggy horse has been wearing his a couple of years and it shows no wear. He has the one with the built in halter and the straps holding the nose from being slipped off by rubbing. Thank goodness for grazing muzzles!

    Love the new style
I really like the way this muzzle is made. It keeps the bucket leveled out on their face so much better. I also feel they are cooler and the horse can breath better.

This one had more straps and therefore it had more adjustments than previous ones I had purchased. Didn’t fit horse as well. But overall it’s doing the job.

    works great!
I purchased the miniature size for my mini Jack. I put it on him anytime he is in the pasture. It took him about 4 hours to figure out he could still eat with it on. It fits great and as hard as he tries to get it off it stays put. Now if only I can get him to lose some of that belly. LOL I would recommend this product.

    Perfect
We got 2 of these for our mini Donkeys hoping to get better breathing for them versus what they had. Also, to go easier on them when they sing (bray). They fit perfect and each nostril is clearly open for great breathing. We are very happy with the purchase and look forward to many songs from the boys.

    Easy breathe is Better
Has a lager rectangular opening for them to get grass through which is better than the other that has a small round hole. It does rub sores on the nose and muzzle if they need to wear for long periods of time. Like mine does. Normally I have her a lot for her to be on, but a tree took down the fence in two places and I cannot get help to fix the fence. So until I can afford to get it fixed she only has a few hours without it. Normally, I have it on during the day and off at night.

my gaited horses are overeaters on pasture, helps with that and also keeps the grass from being eaten down to close to the ground.
    leona a on Jul 27, 2017
My mare gets too heavy on grass so I was hoping this would help limit the amount she was able to get. This muzzle has large openings over her nostrils so its got to be much more comfortable, and cooler, than the traditional closed muzzle.

The picture of just the muzzle shows no clip while the picture on the horse shows a clip. Does this muzzle have a clip or not?
    A shopper on Mar 26, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have the horse size I presume pony is designed the same. The strap around the head is fastened with Velcro strip and the chin is a clip the muzzle is adjustable to fit.
Can the horse still drink from a trough while wearing this?
    NatalieB on Oct 8, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes the horse can drink with no problem. However, a soft material like sheep skin should be placed inside the muzzle to prevent chafing of the horses muzzle (based on experience).
    Does it break away?
    Margaret T on Jul 18, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No it does not, but I cannot say enough great things about this muzzle. The large air holes are so much better than the muzzle I bought last year. I don't remember the brand of that one. However for my horse who has heaves, it has been a godsend.
Can they still eat hay while wearing it?
    A shopper on Nov 4, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I found that he can eat just a little..but it makes him so happy and gives him a relatively normal day, with walking around with the other horses. MWhen he wore one that he could not eat through, he just stood under the trees and moped. He is very happy now. I turn him out with the muzzle on all day and put him up at night with hay. Makes both of us happy!

I have a Gypsy, size wise typical of the breed. Should I order horse or large horse? Thank you for a response.
    Sandra S on Aug 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have a 16 hand quarter horse which I use the horse size on. It has several strap adjustments to help it fit. I'm not familiar with the head size of the Gypsy breed, but it would fit similar to the halter or bridle size you are currently using.
What are the dimensions for the "large horse" size? I want to make sure that it is actually bigger than "horse " and will fit my draft cross
    A shopper on May 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I would get as big as possible, I do have large for my halflinger. Even if they seem sort of "baggie" on them it's better then jamming their head into a small one
How do you measure circumference for a grazing muzzle for my mini?
    A shopper on Sep 18, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Wish I would help, but my girl is 15 Hands APHA Palomino Paint. And that fits her good. Wish I knew or even had a mini to help you with.
Unsure which size would fit a 14.2 H, 1000# quarter horse- horse or small horse or pony? Help!
    Nancy C on Sep 28, 2018

BEST ANSWER: It should but I would consult with your Vet.
