I love the way these stirrups make my shoe grip the strip, If the horse jumps sideways I stay put.

what is the actual stirrup made of?
A shopper on Sep 14, 2015
Best Answer: The stirrup is cover in leather and the foot pad is slightly cushoned. I liked that it was slip resistant. My biggest problem was the nut holding the stirrup in place. Replace it immediately. I had one fall off while riding and so did my friend. That bolt is a disaster in the making. Other than that I like the stirrups.

Are the stirrups angled?
Justin Holly L on Jun 30, 2016
Best Answer: I love them! I ride daily on trails and these make my knees and back feel so much better. I tried a saddle with them, and bought them after that one ride! I feel so much more secure on trails. I grew up riding English, then Western, now Endurance, it feels weird not to have them when I ride in someone else's saddle with regular stirrups! They are not Angled, but the rubber pads conformed to my heels down style, so they are angled now!
