Love the look and the bag to keep it all together. It is safety orange and I thought it was going to be brown (like the photo) but I like the bright orange better. I’m trying it out this weekend and I’m confident it will work perfectly, thanks and happy trails

Not as advertised
I was very disappointed when I received this product. The rope and swivel knot eliminators look sufficient for ponies but are not going to be strong enough for my mules. Also it is pictured as a brown bag with white rope and what was shipped was a neon orange bag and rope.

This really seems to be exactly what I needed
Although my plans have changed a little and I won't be able to use this for a bit - it seems to be exactly what I need. Every piece seems to be good quality and I can't wait to use it and let you all know how we did.

Picket Line Works Fine
I have taken this on only one outing but was very pleased with the quality and durability of the tree straps and No-Knot devices - very stout!I did have a problem with the zipper malfunctioning on the nylong storage bag - right out of the shipping box - but Horse.com made it right and shipped me another bag ASAP. Impressed with their no-hassle service.

PERFECT FOR THE MULE CAMP
This picket line is effective, it does the job. The nylon rope does not soak up moisture and sag like a cotton rope will do. The hardware keeps the mules right where you put them. The carry bag keeps it all together after breaking down camp then to be kept in my truck box.

I borrowed the same picket line from a friend and it worked great when I went camping for a week.

Can you use this as a Highline? It matches the specifications of cashel and outfitters supply's highline. What is the difference?
A shopper on Aug 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, that's what we used it for at our camp for 2 weeks in Buffalo, WY.! It worked out perfectly, and I especially loved the "swivel" tie hooks. We used the "collars" too, which are purchased seperately. Loved those also, especially with their "safety stripe"- I could look out at night and shine a quick light on them to make sure they were ok! The picket line kit was a great purchase!
How easy is this to tighten?
A shopper on May 15, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I use a ratchet strap to tighten it and it works great. The swivels on the horse ties keeps them from twisting there lead ropes up.
