soft tines may hold up
If you want firm tines with a flat bottom, this is not the one for you. The softer tines may hold up, but bend easily side to side.

I tried something very similar before and I ended up w/ "tennis" elbow and an aching back. And, gosh- Now I have TWO of these things! They do the same thing... BIG mistake w/ this purchase.

The screw was slightly bigger diameter than the one I replaced. Other than that, it is exactly as I expected.

Not great for deep bedding
Well made but not suitable for deep bedding as it's difficult to sift out the shavings because the poo falls off the fork. Prefer the basket style I purchased previously and will likely go back to it.

Seems silly to pay the extra for the wood handle when I have an abundance of them from previous broken tines.
