The Best!
This is probably the best hoof pick I've ever used. The handle fits perfectly into the palm of your hand for the most leverage and is super comfortable. Our clay soil packs hard into my horses hooves and is very difficult to pick out, but with this Wahl hoof pick, it pops it out easily. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Quality Product!
Being somewhat OCD about our horses' care, their feet are religiously cleaned twice daily. I've gone through five hoof picks over the past three years: some bend, some are not ergonomincally correct. This pick is not only made of reinforced steel (doesn't bend over time!), but the handle is about an inch and a half longer than your standard pick, allowing for better leverage. It is also slightly 'grippy', making it easier to handle when you're wearing gloves or have damp hands. While I'd normally scoff at spending $8 or $9 on a hoofpick, this one is really worth it!

Great Tool
Unfortunately I lost my first one so this time I bought two! The handle is great to grip and the hook gives wonderful leverage against muck in my gelding's hooves.
