Looks as if it hangs from a rod. How does that work?

BEST ANSWER: You just loop it over a beam or board. We hung ours from a board over the stall entrance. It has really worked well for us. In some areas we have the metal type fan holders, but in this one stall there was not a good place to fasten one of those and have the fan be the right height - this was the answer.
