So happy
My horse have been twitched in the past was very hard to bridle. He put up a fight every time you put a bridle near his ears. However. He did not put up a fight with the halter. With my new halter bridle he thinks it's a halter and putting it on is a breeze. Absolutely love this product! I would recommend it to anyone facing similar issues with there horse!

Really perfect for my bit-wary mare!
I had a hard time finding and acquiring a halter bridle with detachable bit straps that I liked. This one is VERY well made, attractive, (easy care) and has a lot of adjustability if that's a word. It fits my mare beautifully and I expect it will be durable. First one I got was defective and it took a while to get a replacement, but worth the wait especially with winter weather. Thanks Horse.com!

BEST ANSWER: I have use a halter bridle for years for trail riding. It is hard tomsee from the picture but there are small rings that the clips attach to. So you put the bridle on, your reins are attached to the bit. The bit is attached to a strap so that when you put the bit into his horse's mouth you then attach it to the rings on the halter. Hope this helps
my TWH has a small head. horse sized bridles/halters are always too small. does this item run larger or more on the small side?
