my horse measures 44 1/2 inches from cheek to cheek, over the pole. will this fit?
linda b on Feb 21, 2016
BEST ANSWER: This is incorrect info. Horse bridle sizes are not based on the weight of the horse. For an accurate fit, it's best to measure from cheekpiece to cheekpiece. Draft horses always weigh quite a bit more than 1100 lbs so you KNOW the above info is wrong. Hope this helps.
Are the reins split or full?
A shopper on Jun 28, 2015
BEST ANSWER: This item comes with split reins.
Adjusted to it's largest size, how big is it from bit to bit?
Laura W on Jan 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: 44" at the smallest and 52" at the largest.
How big does this headstall adjust to? I'm looking for a horse that measures 48 to 50" cheek to cheek over ears

BEST ANSWER: My Belgium is quite large 17 hands n over 2000 lbs. this fits great, it's adjustable on both sides. Love this, great quality to.
My horse is half draft and half quarter. Average horse size is usually too small. Draft size is usually too big. Do you think this bridle would fit her?
JENNIFER B on May 17, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have a Percheron with a large head. I only have 1 hole left to tighten it so I think this bridle would be too big. Have you tried oversize?
