Used these for years
These cinches hold up for years. I use a felt in the summer and a neoprene in the winter to stabilize my saddle on woolly coats!

great features
Doesn't slip, makes tightening the saddle easier, easy to clean after use. I can't rate durability high I have only had it 2 weeks.

Good Product
I haven't had this cinch long, but the first ride was a very long trail ride with lots of mud. No rubbed places, cinch easy to tighten, stays in place even if a little too loose. Easy to clean and dries fast. Looks like it will last because it looks well made, but only time will tell. I am very happy so far though and plan on buying another one.

Great cinch, easy to clean
This cinch is easy to use to tack up, I have one of each of my saddles. I have both black and brown, and the color hods up well on each. The brown is just as pictured, and matches medium oil saddles fairly well. My favorite thing about this cinch is that the neoprene is attached with velcro, so you can take it apart to wash. If you ride often, I recommend giving it a wipe down with a damp cloth or cleaning wipe to keep it in good shape and to go longer between needing to clean it.The price on these has gone up quite a bit, I got my first for about $30. So if you see it on sale snap it up!

Great Quality
You can always depend on Weaver for great horse products. I switched to a shorter cinch and this one has worked out perfectly.

great cinch
have 1 in every size from 24 to 32in black and a couple dup sizes in brownthe only complaint....the thing that goes into the holes of the latigo is bigger than it use to be. have to really push to get it thru hole.

Not for Everyone
I have used neoprene cinches for many years on many horses. That said, I like the Weaver brand the best. But, I have had problems with fungus growth, so no longer use on all my horses, especially young ones. I use this cinch for barrel racing only, because it holds my saddle very well without being extremely tight. After soring up 3 horses last fall with my previous Weaver neoprene cinch, I now rinse and brush my cinch after every ride. That is the great thing about neoprene and I'm not blaming the cinch for my negligence in the past. However, beware of leaving a sweaty horse saddled any length of time, giving fungus a chance to grow.

A little too wide
I really like this cinch but was a bit hesitant as I always use the rope cinches. In the past I have had rubbing or galling problems with something different. This cinch is a bit wide for my Rocky and caused galling near the back of the front leg. I think I have fixed the problem by trimming the excess around the edges away. Haven't tried it yet but it is smaller.

Awesome cinch!
Have only used it two times, but it is so easy to use. The fleece lining is comfortable for my horse, and even though she holds her breath while I'm cinching her up, I can always get it pulled tight enough after she blows out :) So easy to use -- great product and seems very well made. I expect to use this cinch for a long time.

Had an airflex smart cinch before this one, airflex was prone to galling the horses, switched to neoprene and haven't had issues. They sweat a little more, but I think they can handle that. Love the rollers, makes cinching faster with a leather latigo.

Needed a new girth, had a weaver before. Really great girth, soft and he seems comfortable while riding.

Seems to be the most comfortable cinch for all four of my horses. It does not chafe or rub. The roller makes it a cinch to tighten!

Does this cinch collect sticker burrs, burdocks, or other weeds while trailriding?
Amanda H on Sep 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: if you ride thru stickery weeds tall enough, they will stick to the outer side of the cinch. never found one inside when untacking. tho I normally avoid riding thru high stickers.
what is the width of the cinch?
alice r on Nov 7, 2016
BEST ANSWER: About 3 in. I used it with a dressage saddle on on my 14hh paso fino.
