They were longer, which is exactly what I was needing. Very reasonably priced.

Not great
Leather was not soft or supple so i am guessing they wont last long or will end up breaking.
Best tug for the price I've found.
So I've switched to mules and their anatomy can require your breast collar to be attached to a different spot than the D-rings on your saddle.For this reason, I needed some tugs to attach them to my gullet/horn. When I got them they were quite dry, but a dip in a container of oil fixed that quickly. If you get these you'll need oil. When I got done, they came out SUPER soft and looked great! If you need an extension or a way to attach your breast collar to a different location, these are awesome. (I should note that I got three pairs for the reduced price....I do not regret that at all)Hope this helped, best of luck and safe riding.

BEST ANSWER: They are normal size but your could punch additional holes in them and even cut off the ends if you wanted to make them very small.

Possibly not. Tugs are usually used to add length to a breast collar, not to tighten it.
They will work if you punch more holes in them so it can go shorter.

I have a big horse and need long tug straps will these adjust the breast strap big enough for a big horse. Like 16hh 1400 pounds?
BEST ANSWER: Depending on your tack, it was large enough for my big horse - I have it at the shortest hole. Plenty of length to go. My horse is 16 hh and probably 1200 pounds. Also wide not skinny

I would say yes since these were WAYYY too long for my Quarter horses. We had to make holes in them about 6 inches higher on the leathers. I think you are good.
Hey should be. I use them on my Arabs on the tightest notch or even have to punch more holes so they should be plenty big enough.
They should. I use them on a 16.2 hand Walker Cross and need to double them up when used on my 14.2 hand mustang.
These tugs are 26" long x 1" wide, if that is a size that will work for you.

These tugs do connect the breast collar to the saddle, but I found the tugs to be wider and bulkier than I liked. Didn't fit well through the loops on the saddle.

I don't think they are stainless but I can't tell for sure. They're made out of nice leather.
