Barn Bucks Terms & Conditions

Registration and Eligibility

The Horse.com Barn Bucks program is open to anyone who provides and maintains a working email address. By joining or using this program, you agree to these Rules, which are subject to future changes. Program communications, including updates or modifications, will be delivered primarily via email. Your membership is nontransferable and is valid only at Horse.com. Membership begins when you activate your Barn Bucks account at Horse.com. You will select a user login ID to access the Rewards website, and you can change your personal password upon initial login.

Horse.com reserves the right to terminate or modify the Rewards program at any time by posting changes on the Horse.com Barn Bucks Program site. All users agree that accessing and using the website is subject to these terms and conditions and all applicable laws, and any access is undertaken at the user's own risk.

Point Distribution and Redemption

You will earn 2 points for every $1 spent. Rewards become available for redemption 30 days after your order ships. Points can be applied to your order at checkout, with the option found under your billing information. Note that points can only be redeemed on item subtotals and will not cover shipping costs or taxes. Points are not transferable and may only be used by the Registered User to whom they are issued. Points have no monetary value except as specifically provided for by a reward. Unless otherwise noted, points will expire 6 months from the date of issuance or if your account is terminated due to fraudulent behavior or deactivation. Any points not redeemed before termination or account deactivation are forfeited. Horse.com will notify you by email when rewards have been transferred.

Taxes

Any rewards or merchandise redeemed under the program may be subject to applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes. Payment of these taxes is the sole responsibility of the Registered User, not Horse.com or its affiliates or agents. Horse.com will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Cancellation and Termination of Rewards User Account

Horse.com reserves the right to discontinue or change the program and/or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed points must be redeemed within one month of the termination date. Horse.com will resolve all questions or disputes regarding eligibility, rewards, point availability, or program terms at its sole discretion.

You may cancel your account at any time by notifying Customer Service via email; note that cancellation may take 3 to 5 business days to finalize, and your account will then be deactivated. If your account is canceled or deactivated, you will not receive the point to cash equivalent for unredeemed points, and any remaining points will be forfeited. Points have no cash value outside the Rewards program. If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, is canceled, or is terminated, all personal information used for your Rewards account will be permanently removed from the website and records.
