The Blu-Kote® Wound Spray provides efficient relief to your horse from surface wounds, ringworm and scrapes. This antiseptic spray dries quickly and is effective against bacteria and common fungal infections. This spray also helps to dry lesions.

BlueKote Great Stuff
Have used this for years when I was raising pheasant. It works great for wound protection and healing. I when back to raising pheasant again so I ordered some more. Still have not got used to the way the new on and off works. I guesss we just get used to the old way things were done. Since they were much simpler.

top drys out after first use and then you have to get it to spray again. I won't buy any more I have 2 extra I just don't want to be bothere with. I found a MUCH better medicine to use.

Great Product
I have some pecking issues with one of my fancy breeds. The other chicken don't appreciate his fancy hair doo. As the new growth came in the others would peck it out...This product has helped with pecking because of the blue dye.

Great Product, Lousy Packaging
This is a great product. There is no doubt that it works as advertised. However, the "new" aerosol can with the twist top is the absolute worst design I have ever seen. I have nearly a full bottle and the spray nozzle decided to stop functioning correctly and proceeded to cover me and my brand new shirt with the blue spray. Yes, I know how to work the new nozzle. the design is faulty. My horse is healing nicely, but my new shirt is ruined and I've just thrown my money away as I can't get anything else to come out of the can.

Farrier Recommended
After years of using a variety of products for "thrush/bacteria" I took my farrier's long ago recommendation and started using blu-kote after a couple of Whitelightning treatments. Whatever the issue it has taken care of it. I live on the Oregon Coast. I don't need to say anymore. Because of my horses genetic hoof genes and environmental issues I have dealt with hoof issues for years. After a years feeding of Double Strength Farrier's Formula, bacteria management and faithful trimmings, we have a near perfect solid bacteria free hoof for the first time in 13 years. Yahoo!!!
