Please note: item(s) must be new, unused, in original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging. Please DO NOT SHIP footwear (boots or shoes) in the manufacturer’s original box. Do not write or attach shipping labels to the manufacturer’s original box, you must ship all footwear in a protected box with the original box packed inside.
You must call us at 1.888.653.0026 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.

Green gel that smells good
Smells good. Is a sort of green gel stuff, which rinses off well with water. It works, but is a little tricky to get on my hand and up into the hidden sheath area (up that opening inside, if you know what I mean). I find that just using water based clear lubricant works as well (or even baby oil). I've also used baby shampoo, but does require more rinsing. Horses don't have any problems with the Excalibur. No stinging or anything.

Dirty job helper
Why spend any longer than necessary cleaning horse bathing suit areas. This stuff works fast and has a pleasant scent to help mask any other smells that might be in the air.

i have a paint mare who gets very messy when she is in season. she also has looser than normal bowels (Neigh-lax ultra helps alot) so her white butt is usually covered in dark brown, crusty mess. nothing worked until someone suggested excalibur. i wet her, apply a good amount of excalibur to the area and let it sit until i wash the rest of her. than i give the area a light scrub and rinse it clean. this product has saved me so much time and is comfortable for my mare. no more harsh scrubbing.

Tail crud too
I cant stand the crud build up in tails I know it has to itch so I tried this. it was great, two weeks later still looked great and very little scratching.

different use
i have a very messy white and bay mare. she has loose poops and they get worse when she is in season. meds have help the looseness and excalibur has really helped clean up the mess. i wet her rear end and apply excalibar. than i wash the rest of her, or if she's not getting a full bath, i wait about five minutes, rub the excalibar to fully loosen the mess and then hose it off. it dissolves the disharge and other mess and leave her clean and comfortable without scrubbing.
