You must call us at 1.888.653.0026 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.

All About Hank
This name plate shows all the important information about my horse. If someone new is feeding the horses, they will know just what Hank is supposed to get. Emergency numbers are also included. Print is erasable if circumstances change or if new info needs to be added.

The product works fine
The work fine but the pen that comes with is seldom works or is dry when it arrived. Also, you can not write on it too many times (make many changes) the plastic seems to absorb the ink and there is a shadow on what was written before. We needed to take some serious cleaner to them to get them back to white again.

Stall Name Plate removes confusion about who to contact and what to feed.
Love having all the important information in one place - in a multi-horse stable, this is essential.
While I like the idea of it being a whiteboard with erasable markers, I have found that the information can be smudged or erased through daily routine. I have gone back to using regular felt marker to ensure the information is always available.
I would recommend this product.

Helpful Information
Would like a clear cover that would go over it to protect the images and the information on it. I had trouble with a permanent pen (always do, so nothing new!) so used printed tape. Dirt, hay and wind causing it to peal off so have to redo it.
