Please DO NOT SHIP footwear (boots or shoes) in the manufacturer’s original box. Do not write or attach shipping labels to the manufacturer’s original box, you must ship all footwear in a protected box with the original box packed inside.
You must call us at 1.888.653.0026 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.

I have a new Western saddle that's been slipping with my old saddle pad. This one works great, the horse seems more comfortable, and slippage is minimized. The only downside is that in the summer heat of Virginia, my horse is drenched after even a short ride bc the neoprene makes him sweat a lot.

My horse is "roach backed" and has trouble with saddle fit. this pad has been a tremendous help in preventing saddle sore.

Extremely nice neoprene saddle pad
I really like and it works well with my Circle Y saddle. I would recommend this saddle pad.

Great pad!
great cushioning, holds up well to frequent use. I use a 1/4 " felt liner underneath. For shows, I put a saddle blanket on top as well.
