Q. Why should I participate in Horse.com’s Barn Bucks Program?
A. We want to reward you for your loyalty to Horse.com and give you coupons, special offers, and e-certs to help you save on future purchases.
Q. How do I earn points?
A. Join the Rewards Program easily! Just click the Rewards button in the bottom left corner of your browser. Create an account and make a purchase today to start collecting points immediately.Â
Q. Are there any restrictions on earning points?
A. No exclusions! You'll earn points on every purchase you make at Horse.com. Points are calculated based on the final sale price of the item at checkout, after any discounts are applied.
Q. Can my points ever be deducted?
A. The only time your points are deducted is if you return an item you purchased. If you return the item within the initial 30 days of purchase, we will deduct the total points earned for that transaction. However, if you return an item any time after the first 30 days, we'll only deduct a prorated number of points.Â
Q. How can I check my points?
A. Once you are logged into your account, your available points balance will always be displayed on the Rewards widget. To see a complete breakdown of all your points, including your transaction history of earned and spent points, simply click or engage with the widget itself.
Q. How do I cash in my points?
A. You can easily apply your available points to your order during the checkout process; the option will be displayed under your billing information. Please note that points can only be redeemed on the Item subtotal and cannot be used to cover the cost of shipping or taxes.
Q. Will my points ever expire?
A. Unless otherwise noted, points expire 6 months from the date of issuance.
