The Norse Midweight Turnout Blanket is also a good choice as a weatherproof top layer over a stable sheet for turnout time. Its fully lined with coat-friendly poly taffeta. A tail flap creates a final wind and rain barrier. If you want a bit more coverage, the Norse Midweight Turnout Sheet features our shoulder attachment system designed for use with the Norse Neck Cover, sold separately. The reflective Equinavia horse head logos inside the extended gusset help with visibility as the days get shorter.

Durability: Outer ripstop 600 denier fabric is waterproof and breathable. The stainless-steel hardware on the high tensile strength adjustable polypropylene surcingles are rust and corrosion resistant, even on the wettest days. The removable tail cord is covered in plastic for easy-care cleaning and extended life. The front closure buckle holes are riveted for added strength.
