The Extended Day can hold about 6 flakes, up to 50 pounds of hay or a 2-string bale net. This net needs to filled every other day once the horse is satiated and trust is rebuilt that it will never again be without forage. Made in the USA. Size refers to mesh openings.

Freedom Feeders may eliminate anxiety around meal time, reduce the likelihood of colic, and behavioral issues such as weaving, or pacing.
Our Freedom Feeders are available in 3 different size Mesh openings, so that your horse can have the most optimized feeding experience.
It is important that you chose the proper opening for your equine partner:
- 1" Mesh opening is ideally suited for slow feeding INSULIN RESISTANT OR SMALLER grazing animals
- 1.5" Mesh openings is ideally suited for optimal slow feeding which is meant to mimic grazing and slow consumption. This is our most One size fits all option
- 2" Mesh opening is ideally suited as a transition feeding option for the AGGRESSIVE eaters and larger horses. If you have an aggressive eater, our suggestion is to start at this option and slowly transition to the 1.5 size

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from date received. Please note: item(s) must be new, unused, in original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging. Please DO NOT SHIP footwear (boots or shoes) in the manufacturer’s original box. Do not write or attach shipping labels to the manufacturer’s original box, you must ship all footwear in a protected box with the original box packed inside.
You must call us at 1.888.653.0026 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.
