TheHorseware LED Red Light Therapy Hock Bootscan be used for post-exercise recovery and may be beneficial for horses with stiff or sore hocks. 112 LEDs use a combination of different light wavelengths to target both the dermal layer and deep tissues. 660nm red light targets the surface, while 850nm infrared penetrates deeper to reach soft tissue. LED treatment has been shown to increase blood flow and promote cellular activity, which may reduce inflammation, may aid skin conditions, and may speed up post-operative or accelerate wound healing.
Flexible, sturdy neoprene outer. Built-in battery with USB charger for easy, cord-free use. Three elasticated velcro straps for adjustability and secure fit. Features 15 minute timer and pulse function.
Materials and Care: Inside: Perforated neoprene that exposes the LED pixels. Outside: Hook receptive neoprene to which the straps can attach.| Gently brush or wipe clean with a cloth only.
