The versatileHorseware LED Red Light Therapy Mini Wrapcan be used on multiple sites, including the hooves, pasterns, and fetlocks, and may reduce the size of splints. 80 LEDs use a combination of different light wavelengths to target both the dermal layer and deep tissues. 660nm red light targets the surface, while 850nm infrared penetrates deeper to reach soft tissue. LED treatment has been shown to increase blood flow and promote cellular activity, which may reduce inflammation, may help hoof growth, may aid soft tissue recovery, may aid skin conditions, and may accelerate wound healing.
