Bob has chosen this particular pair of spurs for the Private Collection because they are a replica of a pair of spurs that his mentor Tony Amarel himself wore everyday. Bob loves these spurs for not only their style but for the weight and the wide band. Its due to these two things that they sit on a boot really well and are very comfortable. Bob worked for Tony for 5 years in his early days as a horse trainer and he credits Tony with so much of what he learned about not just horse training but running a successful business and choosing quality horses. This is the one piece of equipment Tony had that Bob truly treasures.
