Tri-Heart Plus is a monthly chewable tablet that prevents heartworm disease and treats/controls roundworms and hookworms in dogs. It contains the same active ingredients (ivermectin and pyrantel) as the leading brand, delivered in a palatable, beef-flavored chew most dogs love at a more affordable price.

Dosage Guide by Weight
Up to 25 lbs (Blue): 68 mcg ivermectin / 57 mg pyrantel 6 or 12 count
2650 lbs (Green): 136 mcg ivermectin / 114 mg pyrantel 6 or 12 count
51100 lbs (Brown): 272 mcg ivermectin / 227 mg pyrantel 6 or 12 count
For dogs over 100 lbs, combine the appropriate tablets to reach the correct dose.
Directions
Give one chewable tablet orally once a month. Can be offered with or without food many dogs take it like a treat! Remove only one tablet from the blister at a time.
Important Safety & Prescription Information
Safe for use in breeding males, pregnant females, and puppies 6 weeks+. Use with caution in ivermectin-sensitive breeds (e.g., Collies, Australian Shepherds) consult your vet, possibly for MDR1 gene testing. Recommend a heartworm test prior to starting and annually thereafter.
Prescription required. Federal (USA) law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
