Constructed from beautiful, weather-resistant harness leather. Rivets at stress points for added strength. Scalloped design is accented with Texas star conchos for an eye-catching look. Non-rust solid brass buckle and brass plated dees and rivets on the collars. Non-rust solid brass swivel snap and brass plated rivets on leashes. Nickel plated Texas star conchos are zinc die cast and feature an 18 karat gold plated star and protective lacquer finish.
