I got this bit while I was showing in 4-h for a horse that hated all shanked bits, but he loved this one! He loves the roller and seems to constantly play with it. Even after years of daily use the bit still looks decent. I have since used it on several horses and haven't met a horse that doesnt love this bit. You do have to be careful with it though on lighter mouthed horses.

I love this bit. I have used them for years when taking colts out of snaffle bits. I love this bit to help teach a colt to be back on his hind end more and neck rein its great for stopping too!
wonderful trail bit

This bit is phenomenal for all you ropers that are training younger horses specifically for breakaway roping. I have also used this bit to train a few barrel horses. I love this bit and I'm mad that my parents sold both of mine and I have to buy a new one for the 5 year old whose training is getting much more intense as far as roping goes. He fights in the box as many young horses do and the large copper roller really calms them down!
