D-Carb™ (Balance) by Med-Vet Pharmaceuticals, supports glucose metabolism in order to help maintain proper blood sugar levels within a normal range. D-Carb™ (Balance) is designed for diets consisting of approximately 15-20 lb. of Timothy or Bermuda grass type hay, no grain, or small amounts and/or similar low carb feedstuffs (beet pulp) to provide calcium, phosphorus, vitamins, and trace minerals that would be lacking, given the restriction of carbohydrate-high grain and alfalfa-type hay (both high in carbohydrates.)

Inactive Ingredients:
Brewers dried yeast, citric acid, coconut oil, lecithin, lignin sulfonate, natural and artificial flavors, natural mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, soybean hulls, soybean oil, stabilized rice bran, vegetable oil and yeast culture (saccharomyces cerevisiae).
Directions for Use:
Enclosed measure approximates 2 oz. based on density of product.
Adult Horses (900-1,100 lb.): Provide 2 oz. of D-Carb™ (Balance) twice daily.
Given many variables and conditions, consult your veterinarian for specific ration and feeding levels.
Cautions:
If animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian. Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. Follow label directions. Feeding added selenium at levels in excess of 0.3 ppms in total diet is prohibited.
