Overall good product
Yes, the pin holders break when using over and over, but not the pin itself, the shafts can shatter in winter. I have had a 3-line fence up for 6 years and in the time lost about 10 of the flippy things holding the pin, but I have never lost a pin. I have lost 5 shafts on 3/4 acre in winter when drifts lay on the line. I recommend the pin shaft because if your animal is going to test the line and it stretches, sags or breaks it will only happen in a small area the pins keep the line held up elsewhere and the animal is less likely to get out of the enclosure. The fact that the pins hold the line is especially handy if you are the only one working the fence. The inline insulators let the entire line fall if broken and you have to fetch your animals.

Waste of money
These break easily when mounting, curing use and if you need to take them off ever, plan on buying replacements for most of them. Poor quality and a waste of money. I have two other brands that have been up for years and only a couple broke. Will not buy Powerfields again.

Waste Of Money
Fresh out of the bag and half of the pins broke when I tried to insert them into the holes. I went ahead and used them anyway. Less than 6 months later, I went to take them off t-post (to move to another pasture) and the sides of each and every one shattered. That left me with only the body of the insulator with no way to clip them on the t-post. Don't waste you money.
