Wonderful boots
Our entire family has these boots, they are really comfortable and durable.

Well made, durable and stylish boot for the price.
Love the boot, although they fit oquite tight around my calves, which I consider to be of average width. In hindsight, I would have ordered wide boots.

...not for folks with High insteps.... a zipper in the sides would be great... ankles and insteps too tight, if you do get into them... and getting them off is another chapter.... great boots for wet and dap weather and padock areas... definitely not for folks with high insteps....

Make the leg area a tad bit bigger so one can get their feet in it; or make it with a zipper.

Not thrilled
These boots have a nice look but the sole is extremely thin...and like everyone else has said the calf is very tight. I ordered a size 11 and the calf size only came in regular but I thought I'd chance it. They were too small and it cost me $30 in shipping total on a pair of $42 boots I didn't even keep. I would've just kept them but they were just not wearable. WASTE OF MONEY!!!! And then, I had to sit on hold for 15 minutes to ask why I hadn't received my refund after 2 weeks from the day they received them back!!! WILL NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN!!!!

Great..... but noisy
these boots have a.. nice look but they are really heavy and while I'm riding they squeak really loud and mine are not new. They are also kind of tough where your ankle is so it make theses huge creases when your heels are down. But they do clean easy and are comfortable to walk in they just squeak in the saddle...

you get what you pay for
EVERYTHING you read about the boots being too small at the top is true! i suppose if a person has no shape to their calves, this boot would be o.k. BUT for those of us who have any shape at all...this boot is not for us...it is cheaper to keep it and cut it and use it around the farm than to pay shipping to send back...my biggest beef is that stateline has had plenty of feedback on this particular item to supply their customers with a stark warning!!! instead, possibly to reduce their bad inventory, they continue to sell the item with no warning at all...don't know if i will buy another thing from stateline again...probably not...this has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth...after talking to a sales rep...i am left with still the only option of returning my boots to them...on my tab of course!

Too tight in the calf!
I read the reviews before I bought and ordered a size bigger, even so the calves on the boots are so tight. Luckily my daughter is going to keep them. But they look really nice and wished it would've worked out.

Will these fit a large muscular calf 71/2 arround?
Becka on Apr 26, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I believe so. My daughter doesn't use her at all any longer, but they were perfect when she was riding. They do stretch a bit if I remember correctly a I hope this helps.
Can I show in these boots?
